About Us

"I've been singing my whole life. My mom has a cassette tape of me at 3 years old singing (and in tune) "The Sun Will Come Out Tomorrow." LOL!! My dad was in bands his whole life..So I was accustomed to that lifestyle. I started singing in my dad's band at age 12. My dad taught me how to play guitar at 12 also. I started singing in clubs and bars at 12 and started playing guitar at gigs when I was about 13. We did very well in our local area, winning awards and such. I stayed with my dad's band until I was 21. We made a pretty good living at it, 4 nights a week. I went to college and graduated with a degree at 20 yoa. At 21, I went off on my own and started an original band with my friend and well known musician Mike Gianfriddo. We did very well, selling close to 2000 CDs. I moved to Florida from Boston, thinking the music scene was better. I did well with the 'cover' band route. I was making a decent living at it. I worked in a cover band 4 nights a week, and a Duo group 2 nights a week. Tico Torres from Bon Jovi saw our duo group and hired us for a party at his house. That was a very cool experience. Once the 2004 hurricanes hit Florida, the first the clubs, bars, and hotels get rid of is the music. It worried me, so I got a job in law enforcement, and put music on the back burner. I continued to sing, just not as much. Now, I have a steady gig, more people are interested in my work. I am a seasoned professional with TONS of experience. So, if my opportunity arises, I'll be ready and if it doesn't arise, then I'm having a blast doing it..Thank you all for reading this and ROCK ON!! JAIA"

History of project

I have been a writer/musician for many years.  I got into a car accident in 2001, was laid up with a knee injury, grabbed my guitar and wrote several songs.  I didn't really think I could do it.  I put out my first Cd entitled "How Many Times."  Locally it did very well.  I didn't have the means or no how to promote and get my songs out there to be heard.  I worked at a music store, called, Mr. C's in Marlborough, MA where I met my future writing partner and friend, Mike Gianfriddo.  We put an original band together.  So, this project has been a long time coming.  We hope you enjoy the songs and the show!!
